Optional visitor analytics

If you select “Accept analytics,” this website loads Google Analytics to measure pages visited, traffic sources and clicks on email-contact links. Google receives browser/device and approximate-location information associated with those visits and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, financial information, message contents or user IDs to Google Analytics. We remove query strings and fragments from the page and referring URLs supplied by our analytics code.

We have not enabled advertising personalization, Google Signals, advertising-product links or optional account data sharing. Clicking an email link is measured as interest in contacting us, not proof that a message was sent.

Your choice comes first

No Google Analytics tag loads unless you accept. You can decline and still use the website and contact links. Select “Analytics choices” in the footer to change your choice. Declining later stops subsequent analytics collection in this browser and removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already processed by Google.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days, subject to browser controls. Clearing browser storage may prompt you to choose again. Analytics user- and event-level retention is configured to two months; aggregate reports may be retained longer.

Hosting and inquiry forms

The website’s hosting provider processes technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from optional Google Analytics.

Our consultation form uses Formspree to process and deliver your name, email address, organization, selected service and optional message to accounting@luisnegreros.com. Formspree also processes technical information for delivery and spam protection. We use inquiry details to respond to your request. Inquiry fields are not sent to Google Analytics, and you do not need to accept analytics to use the form.

Our Formspree Free plan provides a 30-day submission archive accessible to us. This is an archive-access window, not a promise that every copy is permanently deleted after 30 days; delivered emails and information retained by service providers may have different retention periods. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy for its handling of information.

The form accepts no attachments. Please do not include account numbers, passwords, payroll data, sensitive financial records or confidential client information. Email links open your own email app; if you send an email, we receive the details you choose to include and use them to respond.
